At SARAH HICKEY APPAREL, we hope that you fall so much in love with your luxe Art Kimono that the following information will not apply.

RETURNS POLICY

Please note the following online returns policy:

Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any returns. Full priced items purchased through the online store can be returned for a full refund in the instance that:

  • Returned items are in their original condition, unaltered, no pins/tape attached, unused/unworn and unwashed, with all tags, labels and hanging ties still attached. Garments that have been soiled with anything including make-up, deodorant marks, cigarette smoke or body odour will not be accepted for exchange or refund. We recommend sending the returned garment via Australia Express Post or Courier to ensure safe and documented delivery. Please ensure that you include a copy of your receipt and our Returns & Exchange Form with your package.
  • The goods are returned in original packaging and proof of purchase is provided, in the form of the transaction receipt or invoice.
  • The goods are returned within 14 days of the original purchase date and contact has been made via email in a timely fashion. Please contact info@sarahhickey.com.au as soon as your parcel arrives.
  • Refunds do not apply for ‘change of mind’ or if you have made the wrong selection.

 

SARAH HICKEY garments are made with luxurious quality fabrics and need to be handled with care to ensure a long lifespan of that garment. Pulled threads are not the responsibility of the manufacturer. Please take care with jewellery, handbags, car seat belts, and rough surfaces, all of which can rub and snag the fabric. Always check the care label sewn into the garment for how to care for your garment. Any garments suspected to be faulty must be returned to SARAH HICKEY APPAREL for review.

RECEIVING A REFUND

Your refund will be credited by using the original payment method. Refunds can take up to 5 working days to show up on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. You will receive a notification email once this process has been finalised.

POSTAGE AND DELIVERY

SARAH HICKEY APPAREL has domestic (within Australia) and International shipping options. The safety of your purchase in transit is paramount, so we have chosen Registered Express Post/Courier with signature for all purchases.

A tracking number will be provided and a signature upon delivery will be requested. If no one is available at the time of delivery, Australia Post will leave a calling card. It is your responsibility to arrange for re-delivery or pick up from your local post office.

Your order will be shipped within 3-5 days of receipt. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays so orders received on those days will be shipped the following business day.

CURRENCY CONVERSION

All prices listed on our site are charged to your credit card in Australian dollars. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exchange rate that you will be charged, but in general it should match closely with the current rate.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

Once your order has been placed you cannot cancel the order. At your request we are unable to cancel an order and stop an order from being dispatched. If you have incorrectly placed an order, please refer to our Returns Policy.

CARING FOR YOUR GARMENT

Each SARAH HICKEY ART KIMONO has individual care instructions. Please follow the care instructions on the garments care label (located inside the garment).

Hand wash in cool water. Place out of direct sunlight to dry. DO NOT machine wash or tumble dry. If using an iron please place on a low heat silk friendly setting. Dry Cleanable. Please take your delicate garment to a trusted, specialty dry cleaner.
